Service
We are a van and driver service, We help you lift and move your goods, Any goods that we move must be boxed or  wrapped any goods not will aren't  covered by our insurance, Sofa or other items that are large or bulky and are tight on the way in you must disclose this to us before hand, as there is a chance we might not be able to move them, Any damaged caused by us will be point out to you and replaired or replaced.


Introduction
These terms of your use of our Service; by using our service, you agree to these terms of use in full. If you disagree with any of our term and conditions, you must not use our service. In reference to Man with van Glasgow can be use (we, us, our,) you, your, customer, client, refers to you or a person you make responsible for your move to be present at all time during your move. This is to ensure that anything that has or has not to be moved or removed from or to any other address you have requested. Also ensuring that your goods are not damage or removed by anyone other than us or you, where in your home or in our vehicle at any time during your move.

Credit
We do not offer any kind of credit as such. You must pay in full on completion by means of cash if you wish to pay any other way it must be done before your job start, (example if paying be cheque it must be banked and cleared beforehand) Bacs to be paid before job starts. Charges and payments if you cancel or alter date service that’s has already been agreed within 24 hours of your job, we will be entitled to make a reasonable amount of charge of any loss or expense occurred, delays due to traffic or weather e.g. out with our control. This is cover by travel time that has to be paid by you as traveling time to and from, Payment such as traffic parking charges are down to the customer, Payments must be paid in full on completion for job if not paid in full the means your job is not complete and payment will continue to rise until payment is made in full. Lien on goods is received until payment is made in full or where payment isn't received with 2 weeks we have the right to sell to the value or dispose of any goods in lieu of payment

Service
By using our service you authorise us the mover to act on your behalf the owner, that the goods we handle are yours and that we your permission to move your goods.
We also rely on the information you supply us with to be correct. the goods, you must provide us an inventory of goods to be moved or by verbally telling us, condition of any goods to be moved you must be present at all times to ensure all goods are moved and not damaged by us. If in any situation you or your representative leaves for any amount of time we will not compensate repair or replace you for any damages.You must ensure all your goods to be packed properly, boxed, rapped or covered with appropriately packaging to ensure against damages, you must clearly mark any boxes with fragile or brittle goods also telling us of any items of such prior to movement, It’s you responsibility to ensure we only move goods on your list are moved please be present at all times, Goods left behind or goods moved be mistake can't always be returned there and then, we will always ask you to check vans after job to ensure nothing is left behind in vehicle,
Moving mode, we shall be entitled to move your goods in any reasonable route and means of carriage, ensuring the safety of your goods


Disclaimers
Delay due to traffic weather or other road condition out with our control we can’t be held liable or accountable for any loss or consequential loss as a result of any delay of such. We reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement.  We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. You must notify us of any changes or cancellations prior to your job

Loss or damage
Any loss or damage to any of your goods must be reported before our men leave your premises; any damages reported after we have left cannot be accepted. Any person who has your approval to be help in any way we will not be liable for any loss or damages because be them. We will repair damaged goods or replace goods at are damaged by direct results of our actions. To a condition as near to if not better than condition prior to damage, if we can’t repair or compensate you to the value of damaged goods
